I saw it differently. If they were able to tackle the biggest roster any other gen is more than feasible now. I guess newer ones would have to ponder what to do with regional forms, pokemon that arent from the region but are from the gen, etc. but still

Wait the press release text for the white set says 70 IR so it’s probably 69 in one and 70 for the other. It’s probably the starters not being the IR for the promo so still checks out

Promos probably will be taken out from the set so the two genies, the starters (? Not sure about this one), Victini, Gothitelle, Reuniclus. If more than 65 means 68 + 6 SIRs confirmed that’s 74 * 2 that’s 148 + 8 promos= 156.

Super stoked about Meloetta ex tho it seems there won’t be much space for previously ignored Pokemon (between popular and legendaries) and I don’t think the Meloetta will be the pirouette form maaaybe the gym promo ex? But who knows

Serperior is 167 and that one has to be first SAR there is no ex before it in the regular set. SARs are most likely 167 to 173 so 7. My guess is 6 pokemon and a supporter and I do personally believe Reshiram and Zekrom will still get a SAR regardless I don’t think the new rarity is a substitute...
