RE: Weakest card in existance? Imakuni's Doduo. Oddly enough, Imakuni has illustrated some more cards in the TCG since this, most recently (IIRC) the RR Hippowdon.

Something you might want to look into if you do want to buy stuff from eBay would be to get one of those gift cards (usually $25, $50, or $100) that look and act like credit cards. I know Visa has some at a lot of megamarts (Walmart, K-Mart, etc.), so something like that may allow you to use it...
