Standard IR pull rate is 1 in 12. I can really see TCPi saying "screw you, buy 1800 packs". Or, for the price of about 2 packs, you can get a guaranteed IR in Japan.

For Gem Pack 1 it seems so, but I get the impression the 151 printing is pretty short. The exclusive 151C Pikachu illustration rare is going for €350. For an IR!

If you can't find it, it's super cheap as a single. In EU at least, it's about 50 cents.

On a completely unrelated note, I've just discovered the "Ignore" function and it works a treat 👍

Even if you straighten them out, if it's humid, they will likely bend again. I think it's just an unfortunate consequence of the climate. Luckily it doesn't affect grading and shouldn't really affect value either.
