I wasn't even part of the TCG league, but some lady at Toys R Us saw me and my brother and gave us like 20 copies of that promo Mew #8 card. I guess she was trying to get rid of them ASAP. They really were handing them out like AOL discs!

I actually sealed a pack back up back in 1999 when pokemon cards were popular...then traded the resealed pack along with some other common cards to some kid for a holo. Seeing as how I was only 11 years old at the time it couldn't be too hard at all. I just used standard elmer's glue.

Perhaps you should do your research buddy....Prerelease Raichu does exist, but it was never planned to be made into a card. It is nothing more than an error card that was found and removed before it got released into circulation. It was given to WOTC employees instead of being destroyed.
