    Tell them you would like a refund and that you WILL file a dispute over Ebay and leave negative feedback if they do not grant you one. Ebay favors buyers so much now that any legit ebay business would have to take the option to refund so they do not risk getting slammed with bad feedback...

    Deck choices Please.

    Would you really like to play such an un-fun deck like Quad Rayquaza? Build a deck with what you have and invent something! because most tier 1 decks are going to have some pricier cards in them.
