How does Kuogre Ex Ability work? it is drizzle I checked the card but it does not make sense Drizzle search your deck for any supporter card that has drizzle in its name or text then equip it to Kuogre EX Can you please help me?

I got Swampert EX, EXploud EX,Aggron EX,Groudon EX, Kougre EX,2 Registeel EX,2 Regice & Regirock in my first pack i bought.
