update: been finding that I have a lot of dead hands so i cut 1 trainer's mail for another shaymin ex. Using ultra ball to get out of them is pretty powerful and i can always parallel city myself to get rid of them if necessary. the benefits outweighed the risks.

I think this deck works in vileplume. It runs rainbow energy and dce anyways and ninja boy shenanigans are in effect

so i saw the the new salamance ex and garchomp ex boxes come out next month and while garchomp isn't good and mega salamance isn't good, the plain salamance ex is interesting his first attack beast fang costs a fire and 2 colorless and it does 10 plus an additional fifty for each ex pokemon...

yeah I got hasty with my stadiums, and once he got fairy garden out and chaos wheel i was a bit screwed. Also I should have hit his benched giratina with pitch black spear instead of going for the cheap shaymin knockouts so he doesn't bring giratina into the active.

So the xerneas break/giratina matchup is not great.

how do you handle mirror matches/other dark variants ie the plain Yveltal/Mew builds?

Does Magerna not prevent the 60 damage snipe to your giratina ex on the bench? I though it did

another tech to think about depending on the meta is magearna ex. There are a ton of Yveltal/Mew and Mega Mewtwo Players in my area and Magearna helps stop damage change and Pitch Black Spear.
