Better yet, I hope they do "Journey Across America" a 2006 version of Rocks with epic giveaways (Celebi/Top 20) and tournaments that lead up to Worlds. But Rocks is also a good option.

When has The Pokemon Comapny even tried to rotate backwards. The rotations happen for a reason. Although I don't know what they mean by "maintaining a healthy tournament environment" but that is their reason.
