I think your list is very close to what Hop's Zacian-ex will look like if it ends up being meta. Hop's Cramorant is gonna have some value, especially if coupled with gust.

It's a Dipplin, not an Hydrapple. Since they were released in different DLCs, it's not too farfetch'd to imagine Hydrapple will/could come in a later set

Serpente actually comes from the verb serpenter, meaning moving in/following a winding path. Winding-Water would be a more accurate translation. The verb does come from serpent, but isn't exclusive to snakes.

I've been thinking about building a similar combo for testing. Have you considered Arven ? I think it can be useful to have a card that can get specific things from the deck on top of draw supporters like Research and Iono.
