Well lets see, it is fast, consistent and not a lot counters it. In my area it will see play and I believe it will top in many states. Once you get it going it is a huge tank that can 1 shot the majority of the meta.

Yes only having one lux x instead of two in a deck substantially lowers the chances of the luxchomp player winning against lostgar. As for gengars resistance to garchomp I dont think that would be a huge problem, because garchomp can always snipe something else. It would be a hard matchup...

I think the deck is much better without spiritomb, but I do not think spiritomb is very good. It pretty much a free prize card. With todays super fast meta you should be able to knock it out quickly.

It can be very good as a quick tank, and it will get stronger with the gust of wind reprint. As for scizor shaymin, it is not top tier but I can see it making a comeback.
