I've noticed in watching younger children play at Local League play, they have trouble flipping legally. It's easier to toss a die. Does anyone know if there is any rule stating what type die should be used? I know some use 6 sided square die, some use 20 sided die.

This is a card that causes burn and does 40 damage when burned and not 20. Does a coin still need to be flipped between turns as with any other burn special condition to determine whether there is any burn effect at all? I hope I'm being clear with my question. We understand the difference...
