It would have to be smaller than 15 since unlike other TCGs like Yugioh almost all decks play very similar trainers, and the sidedeck would probably only be used on teching pokemon or special trainers. It should be like 5-8 cards maybe.
RE: Poison Ivy
Your probably going to want to put Roserade in there to get the confusion and poison conditions to get the extra 100 damage. You can even use rainbow to inflect them both at the same time.
I wouldnt play to thick of a cleffa line just in case someone still plays tyrouge in their deck, you wouldnt want to get donked by a lone cleffa start
You are going to need a thicker line of emboar and magnezone now with pokemon catcher running about dragging up your poor helpless magnemites...
going with the old fashioned haymaker style
have you ever considered using computer search, it allows you to search your deck for any card in exchange of discarding 2 cards and you should also think about using item finder because it lets you search your discard for a trainer by discarding 2...
(At league)
- People who don't pay attention to your turn (talking or whatever) and then ask what you did
- Decks without sleeves (especially nice cards)
- When the person I'm playing talks to other people the whole game
-4 professor elms training method - you can get all of your evolutions through pokemon communication and draw so this isnt needed
-3 burned tower - most of your energy go to the lost zone so this wont help
-2 ruins of alph - hitting a resistance isnt to bad since magnezone can ohko everything...
