two comments-
1. it would be cool to get ex’s for all the regis so that they have some sort of effect together, or at least the core 4.
2. this is completely stupid. most stage two ex’s have over 300 hp so unless it does at least that much it’s kinda useless. I guess u could use it with black...
yoooo this is sick. i wonder if we’ll ever get a tcg set with a pocket collab like they did for pokémon go, and we’ll get real versions of pocket cards, adjusted for the real game, of course.
It would be absolutely sick if the new mega gengar had another attack that copies your opponents pokemon. idk how competitive it would be but it could be alright. at any rate it would be a cool call back, but honestly i’m just pumped to get another possibly playable gengar card even if it’s not...
I like how they try to put pokemon featured in competitive decks as the artwork each year. It’s cool when pokemon creates merchandise that actually recognizes competitive archetypes and the cards within them.
low-key tho, making them evolve from the pokemon that’s supposed to be mega evolving would have been cool, maybe they could still be just as broken but with only 2 prize cards, and you can’t rate candy to them. if they made them have to evolve from the ex that would probably be even better too...
