can you explain it to me? because i was only under the impression that since the poke body works when mr . mim jr is already asleep i thought it only targeted effects of attacks not poke bodys? i can use regice as a example.

if its my opponet just started his turn and they ask how much energy is on a certain pokemon on my bench am i obligated to tell them? or is it only to be revealed when a card specifies or a ability
reguarding the powers and abilities that have "Once during your turn (before your attack)", I know you can't attack on your first turn but are still able to use these on your first turn if the pokemon is a basic pokemon?

That makes perfect sense your not playing the actual Pokemon your playing a trainer cards which happens to let you place a stage 2 on your basic. Thank you very much for the clarification.
