1. How does the card stand on its own? Is it good, bad, or have potential? Is it worth being played? Surprisingly good, can be played with different varients of it's own deck (BlastGatr, BlastFloat, ect) and it stands at the main attacker. 2. What popular metagame decks could it be used...

We just need people around the Norwich area to build up our numbers (currently we have 5-6 people coming to league now) Although, we are great fans of all Pokemon aspects, not limiting strictly to TCG (although that is what the league primarily is)

Yeahh, learn the staples, and I would buy a theme deck or two which contains them. It's the easiest way to get them.

I just realised another thing, you have a fairly high Pokemon count so: - 1 Belt - 2 Cheerleader's + 1 Unown Q (like Snorlax said) + 2 Poke radar (gets all your pokemon out quicker, and filters your deck)
