This isn't really the forum to discuss the rest of his career. As far as TCG fans are concnerned, he's agreed to end litigation and since none of us were personally traumatized for lack of Kadabra in the Pokémon TCG, there's no need to hold a lifetime grudge.

There's no need to speak so poorly of him after he's done something decent he very easily could've decided to never do – let it be water under the bridge.

Well, no. If you look at the rulebox for Pokémon-ex in Gen 3, "Mewtwo ex" was classed and considered as a "Pokémon-ex" and supplementary material (e.g. instruction manuals included in theme decks) also used the hyphen to refer to "Pokémon-ex".

According to leaks that have been substantiated about other things, Gen 9 will have a new type of 'formes' wherein there are 'Paradox Pokémon' that are past or future formes of a 'present' Pokémon. This bike could be the present forme of the Paradox box legendaries.

Zacian and Zamazenta's typings weren't known at the time we saw their cards. We do already know the bike's typings*, so there's no apparent reason to hide it – unless they're both Dragons and want to have some more will-they-wont-they about whether the Dragon type will be in the Gen 9 TCG block...

Could be a red herring, but leaks about the video games suggest that the box legendaries are either evolutions or alternate ('temporal') forms of the weird Normal/Dragon thing we saw in the trailer today. That kind of thing could easily get represented in the TCG. Not sure why they're avoiding...

Neat to bring back the original multiprize cards – ??. edit: yeah for people who don't remember Gen III TCG, the lowercase 'ex' is meaningful and indicates these cards are going to look more like ex and GX, not EX and V, w/r/t evolutions and stages and so on.
