Believe it or not Plasma Kyurem might fight that range. Its a good deck for beginners. The only problem with the deck is it almost immediately loses to Pyroar. The other thing is the deck is going to rotate almost certainly for next season.

What I plan on doing is using probably Groudon and using it just to evolve into Primal Groudon because regular groudon ex is mediocre and that extra 10 Hp would help a lot.

Charizard EX (the non-full art one) is also a great counter because 3 colorless for 60 and that's fire damage so 120 to metal pokemon.

I think Manectric will be a problem but how many decks run it? And in that case can't you just use mainly miltank. And I also think aromatisse will cause some problems because of max potion. What could we do about that?
