Depends on what you like better M Sceptile or Dragonite EX. While I haven't yet seen a good build for M Sceptile I think Dragonite EX has potential. You should think about running a Wailord EX as a wall and use Sceptile from PRC with his ability to attach energies to Wailord EX while healing him...

Malamar EX is annoying with his ability this one will be just as annoying and you don't miss out on the energy drop. Sorry but that is the worst artwork on a card yet.

I can see using this with Megaphone against Mega pokemon. But if your opponent uses Bats why would you use this. It would be better if it devolved your own but porygon does that all ready.
