No, that stuff wouldn't be true. Nintendo would try their best to make sure people don't know what cards are in the packs. But there's not much they can do about Level X's being slightly heavier, except guarantee a Level X in every pack. x)

They can buy something like a tare-scale and weigh the packs. Packs that weigh more will have holos or level x's in them because those cards are slightly heavier and only the smaller scales can pick up the weight differences. I 100% Agree with the poster above. I will go as far as to say that because they sell singles as well I can almost guarantee that they fished out the good cards already. I never buy booster packs online. Just booster boxes..Official Sealed Booster Boxes.

RE: SW Deck Issues... I think Target has the same kind of customer service that Walmart has. Try emailing them and tell them what happened...talk about how you're a loyal customer and whatnot and they may give you a replacement. ...(You'd be surprised how serious these companies are about...
