The card says "up to 3". That means three or less. There is no minimum requirement placed on the card (or at least it's not placed in the text). By "up to 3" it means 3, 2, 1, or none at all. Zero below three. If they didnt want this conflict, the text should have been different... Official...

True. Even up against metanite (grass resistance) dragonite will still probably kill everything! Dragonite's deafen stop rare candy with 10 dmg. Without rare candy, you stall for time to power up draggy, then dragon roar for a double kill (without candy, they have basics). A good card to use...

Well, it's because it's anti-ex. Most (if not all) decks run ex's. Metanite doesnt rely on ex's, just metagross and dragonite. So sceppy slows down ex's and stops their p-power while metanite builds up to crush. Remember, sceppy is just a TECH card, it's not meant to be pulled first turn...

I understand why a lot of you choose flygon... but with shiftry ex and the psychic resistance, you arent going to do so good. Why do you keep mentioning metal pokemon with metal energy? Dragon roar gets passed the metal energy, pokebodies, pokepowers, resistance, weakness and some trainer...

I vote dragonite. Dragonite's Deafen is just too good to let go unnoticed. The ability to stop rare candy and control the field with your own stadium clearly gives you an advantage. I do agree that flygon is a good card. 3 energy for 80 + possible 10 to bench Pokémon compared to dragonites...

I love it. Ever since I saw Sally ex PK, I knew it was a good card and had even better potential. 150 attack just for discarding 5 cards. You only need 3 min - 6-8 max to win. Prof oaks research and copycat are great cards to prevent decking when you have delcatty.
