Hi yes I will like to take about ALL THE FLYGON GXs!! I never thought my favorite would get a GX. Edit: too bad it's fighting and not dragon...3 fighting energy per attack hurts too BUT perhaps Red and Blue supporter can help with that. I guess we'll see maybe the ability will be amazing as well.

There's Eevee GX but besides that probably not? Eevee has an ability to allow it evolve, but Onix does not, so I don't think it can actually evolve.

I just really want a playset of shiny Inkay/Malamar and shiny Rayquaza GX when it comes out. And also maybe shiny Poipole, but idk baby Naganadel isn't a shiny which is what I would use Poipole with.

Power creep is part of card games. It has to happen otherwise the company won't make money. Now your mileage may vary if PTCG's power creep is going too fast, but having to accept power creep is a must, otherwise, as you decided, you gotta quit then.
