This ruling actually makes this card much stronger because even if you have 5 or more energy in the bin, but only want, for example, 3, as to not wind back the consistency of cards left in your deck, this card may now actually see play again, and I'm all for a larger card pool :)

Blaziken VMAX accelerates ENERGY, not "basic energy"??? And for a DCE attack cost? If you cant fit this as a 1-1 line into rapid strike decks, just to hit for a different weakness, let alone its dumb-AF attack, then I dont know where we would be going wrong as deck builders

They might even come with custom catchers which played a part in many league decks. I think pokemon are finally responding to reducing the value on the second market and making it cheaper to play the game, the same way yugioh have been doing for a while?
