I can see Gladion being great for decks with lots of 1-of techs. Toolbox decks will really appreciate being able to fish a key card out of the prize, where otherwise you would automatically lose.

It's certainly a playable deck but it's not good by any measure. If you love the idea of special conditions, Muk is pretty much your best bet, but otherwise Ninetales is much stronger.

It’s a card that isn’t very good to top deck unless you specifically wanted a stadium from your discard. As such, I would not play it in Gardevoir. The problem is you can’t use the supporter you search for the same turn, which makes this card so slow.

Magearna EX is your counter to Espeon devolve and other nasty stuff. In fact it also stops Greninja’a shadow stitching (if you have metal energy attached to Magearna, then it itself is not affected, which means everything else with a metal energy is not affected.)
