Looks good but it's not splashable, so will only be as good as the Fairy partners that you run it with. The obvious choice from the cards revealed is Gardevoir-GX. Next problem will be figuring out the counts - you'd probably prefer to start with it and accelerate in the early game but 3 or 4...
