Tapu Koko GX. It abuses Acerola and Scoop Up, it's easy and cheap to make, it's the good kind of rogue, and it's fun. I also think a Marshadow deck (Shadowbox) would be fun, and I think a spread deck (Necrozma, Koko Promo, Espeon EX, etc) would be cool to.

It's a matter of how quickly you can start attacking. Maybe a wally to get weavile going early. A weavile, tapu koko and necroza attack are all it takes to knock out the volcanion. Could easily surprise in a 1 match series, but might struggles in a 3 game.
