Unfortunately YGZ has an unfavorable matchup against Night March (BDIF and makes up like 60% of the meta where I live) and a 50/50 against Vespiplume. These are not the matchups you want to have going into worlds so I wouldn't be concerned about YGZ. If I were to play a deck for worlds (Besides...

Well yeah you can use Octillery I guess bit shaymin is better. The question is how competitive are you going to get? Shaymin is pretty essential in competitive play but not necessary in regular play. So if you just want to use the deck casually use Octillery. Hope this helps:)

I don't see Virizion being that helpful. Maybe you could take out a Grass Energy and add a 1-1-1 Vileplume tech. I think it could be pretty good as MegaRay needs its items. This could maybe add a stall type option for the deck too. Hope this helps! :)

Well as many as possible in terms of Shaymin count but I guess you could use Milotic from Primal Clash (Sparkling Ripples). This can allow you to search discard for a card and then discard Milotic off of the bench but Shaymin is still the best
