Definetly not. I think Tier 3 is a perfect place for this deck. It loses to the BDIF Night March. and doesn't have good enough other matchups to constituents it being Tier 1. I do however still believe it is viable in a more quad zoroark approach.

Well instead of buying a whole new deck, invest in some shaymins. I know you said to not request for Shaymins but the format is gonna change and Shaymin is always gonna be good instead of a play for 1 or 2 LCs or city championships. Keep in mind, just a one off of Shaymin can get the job done...

There is Megaray, mega mewtwo Y, and yveltal ex still though. All three of those counter this very well

Okay how consistent is T1 Vileplume. If it is under 50% reconsider your engine. If seems like it doesn't happen all too much. Vileplume is the most effective five on T1. I would run more draw and search support.

There are much better megas. If you are going to focus on one I think Mega Mewtwo Y and Mega Rayquaza Colorless will be great post rotation.
