Just an idea i had, so what if you always went second played 3 or 4 wally and got the drangoniar attack off first turn to attatch all the energy 2nd turn to the venasaur. So with that idea my suggestions would be -1 timer ball -2 max elixer -1 kukui +4 Wally Other than that i really like the idea

Remove the talonflame you will never start with it and you may want to up yhe vs seeker count

Level ball > timer its more consistant, you will need a fisherman for item lock, -1 silent lab you just wont need it, its unlikly the eco arm will be of much use, consider a professors letter to get energy into hand, maybe one more water energy, and consider oranguru over octilary to fight...

You could play professors letter over brushix to decrease setup time

I would recommend dropping the rays and mew ex either for a thicker raichu line or also dropping the raichus aswell for 4 darkrai ex (breakpoint) to pair with the yvetals

You may want to try max turbos instead of poke puff to help with energy acceleration and potentially a hoopa ex to help get set up quicker. I have also found from playing m scizor that the 4th scizor ex isnt always needed especially with super rod to get it back.
