Hi there! I am thinking of playing a Volcanion/Octillery deck. How will you update this deck to the current "Garbodor Era". Never played Volcanion before but would like to try!

I think you should play Team Magma's secret base. Like you noticed, the numbers are just too perfect if your aim is to kill Garbodor and Trubbish. 110+20 and 50+20 is perfect. Plus Audinos large HP makes it less of a loss. Edit: In that case you don't have to play Koko. Could make it less clunky

Ooops. HAHA. Haven't had the mindset change. Garbodor then. The 120 hp is a good target to get.

Will Golisopod be the new Shaymin killer? As previously mentioned, it doesn't hit many numbers but it does hit 110. With a Choice Band and Kukui it nicely hits Tapu Lele too.

Hmm didn't notice the three retreat cost. If only it had one retreat cost, even manually retreating into another Golisopod could be incredibly worth it.

Hmm. I don't think it's bad at all. Just use it for the first move. One grass energy for 120 damage is incredible. Moving it into the active is completely in your control so it's not a difficult condition to meet.
