Hmm... Have you thought about adding a couple Target Whistles to the deck? With low-HP EX-s whose main purpose is sitting on the bench as help in draw, like Jirachi or Shaymin, who Latios kills in one hit, that a lot decks are running, you could put them back on the bench, and snipe them again...
