Mist Energy, Rabsca from “Wild Force” and “Cyber Judge”

No, because Shred's text is not an effect. Sort of. It is KIND OF an effect, or more accurately an innate "attribute" of the attack, but it does not place any effect on the Defending Pokemon.

Mist Energy, Rabsca from “Wild Force” and “Cyber Judge”

Short answer is yes, the energy blocks it. Long answer, this is basically game language deciphering, but there's a difference between Path to the Peak and Mist Energy. Path to the Peak says "Pokemon with a Rule Box have no abilities". In essence this basically removes the entire Ability text...

Mist Energy, Rabsca from “Wild Force” and “Cyber Judge”

It's more of a sidegrade. While it's absolutely better in grabbing Comfeys if you whiff it turn 1, the fact that it cant grab R. Greninja and Cramorant is big enough of a downside.

Mist Energy, Rabsca from “Wild Force” and “Cyber Judge”

I just realized Mist Energy had the same wording as Big Parasol. No instakos for Roaring Moon now.

Mist Energy, Rabsca from “Wild Force” and “Cyber Judge”

It's basically both Manaphy and Jirachi combined into one card, with the added bonus of preventing effects from non-basic Pokemon attacks. Notably this one blocks Tsareena and Hisuian Braviary.

Buddy Poffin from “Wild Force” and “Cyber Judge!”

it has the caveat of not being able to grab Radiants and basic V/exs but hot damn just the fact that there's no First Turn Only restriction makes this insanely good already.

Ayyyy Nemona SR and SAR! Shite card but I'd love to have these in my collection.

“Shiny Treasure ex” Main Set Fully Revealed, Features New Reverse Holo Style!

Any confirmed lists? I saw Judge and Arven but I don't know if they are SR or SAR (they have different rarities in jp sets)

“Shiny Treasure ex” Main Set Fully Revealed, Features New Reverse Holo Style!

Seems like its design is strictly to be a counter against Darkness pokemons. One P energy instahits a fully charged, fully healthy roaring moon Roaring Moon, and 4 P energy can counter hit a TeraZard, assuming it has 3 energy on it because of Espathra's ability. But you're correct, other than...

Shiny Toedscruel ex, Pidgeot ex from “Shiny Treasure ex”

What a funky, pink, mushroom-octopus-blob thing. Love it.

New Blastoise V and Venusaur V Releasing in China, Long After Pokemon V Are Over!

It is to be expected as they are still catching up to the Japanese release schedule. SEA regions had the same thing too, with Thai and Indonesian versions notably released the entire Tag Team block in one set. Fun times. What is weird, though, is that they have exclusive secret rares like...

New Blastoise V and Venusaur V Releasing in China, Long After Pokemon V Are Over!

Correct. Until they catch up with Japan they will have their own regulation bubble, although it basically means they're just playing a format from 6-12 months ago.

    The format.

All “Ancient Roar” and “Future Flash” Cards Revealed, Simultaneous Release New Norm?

On another note, I really expected for this set to contain more gimmick (Ancient/Future) Pokemon. Seems like we didnt get anything new other than what had been revealed. Maybe next set? Because at the moment, as good as Sada's Vitality sound on paper, there arent any good targets other than...

All “Ancient Roar” and “Future Flash” Cards Revealed, Simultaneous Release New Norm?

I really like Roark. Gholdengo might run 4 of it instead of other supporters now.

Wugtrio, Garbodor from “Ancient Roar” and “Future Flash”

Tool Drop! Sort of. If you have two Snorlaxes and 4 leftovers it's almost always guaranteed 200 damage each turn, though you have to think about your bench space.

    Aegislash ex from “Future Flash”

Likely the former, but as a seldom seen rogue deck, as usual. You don't want to 'tech' a stage 2 pokemon because at the very minimum it will cost you 3 deck slots (the basic, the stage 2, a rare candy) UNLESS it's a really good general support like Pidgeot ex.

    Aegislash ex from “Future Flash”

Correct, which leads to my initial statement. I would understand the recoil if it has an MC cost, or it has a slightly higher damage number. At the moment I feel a 220 damage, restrictive (MM) cost on a stage 2 in a type without consistent support is as "fair" as it can get.
