RE: Counter That Pokemon! - Round 19 I think there are offensive sets that lie in BL, UU and RU, eg. NP LO Azelf, Staraptor, Venomoth (can be quite a pain), LO Amoonguss, SD Virizion, etc. Some threats in UU and RU are difficult to counter, but just do not show up often.
