I agree. Grubbin's dex entry sets it up to have a Bug/Electric evolution, and both Charjabug and Vikavolt seem like they would have that type combo. I would guess Grubbin, Charjabug, and Vikavolt form a three stage evolutionary line.

I would guess priority moves. That would set up Bruxish to be a possible counter for Talonflame.

I don't think so. I'm not sure what Grubbin's species is, but I don't think it's an earthworm, and from its dex entry it seems like its evolution is going to be Bug/Electric, not Bug/Ground.
