I do not know what people are talking about, I have had no issues transferring Pokemon over from Generation 3 games. Are you sending over hacked Pokemon beforehand or will some just not work period?

Update for you, I have the Careful Beldum now with a perfect Special Defense, working on the other 3 IVs you wanted.

I'm gonna start on the Rotoms as soon as I breed a Careful Beldum for a member. I need his Charizard Y stone :P
