    Everywhere's the same.However if you breed 2 pokemon from different countries together(Masuda Method) your chances get multiplied by 6.That's an effective method to increase the chances of getting a shiny.

    I agree with D.N.A I can't realistically see it being a dragon type, It doesn't look in the least bit like a dragon. Dragons are fierce and usually have fangs or talons.Sylveon has ribbons and looks adorable. I doubt it's a dragon in my opinion Slyveon is Flying. I'd imagine a normal type...

    That would make sense they have been building up a lot of hype for the eeveelutions. Revealing typings would be a way to hold fans over for a little bit and give them time to hype the eeveelution(s) even further.
