if i use any pokemon that does damage to itself e.g. ramparados and i attach pluspowers and an expert belt and ramparados knock out a pokemon will i do damage more damage to myslef than usual. Because pp and expert says does __ damage more to the active pokemon

if i had a ditto and my opponent had a arceus lv x (omniscient) may i use any attack from any arceus? Could i use the attack from it's previous stage? Will i get the same type as it's past stage due to its multi type body?
