    Do I have good or bad luck?

    To date, I have gotten 17 packs of Rising Rivals. I have pulled 2 heat rotoms, 1 fan rotom, and a flying Pikachu. BUT NO LVL X POKEMONS!! Aren't those 4 cards harder to pull than lvl x cards?

    Ruling Do you discard cards till you have 7 cards at the end of your turn?

    A lot of other card games have this mechanic but I couldn't find any ruling on it on the rule book. This other guy told me you can have as many cards in your hand as you want as the end of the turn. Is this true?
