    where do I competitive battle?

    Sorry for asking such dumb questions but when competitive battling does the rules of uber pokemon count in ANY battle online? even with friends and wifi and all that? or is competitive battling only in certain places?

    what does like all these weird lingo mean?ive been playing pokemone since blue and red but I never got into competitive playing and wants to know what these words mean like UU OU and bunch of other stuff
