Ok, a few things: 1) Missing translation for Golduck's Hydro Pump attack. But nobody cares about that. 2) Is this a serious question? Psyduck and Golduck shut down Abilities where the user would KO itself by using it. So it blocks Magneton, Dusknoir, etc. But it doesn't stop every Ability...
