Hi, they are corocoro jumbo size promos. They are beautiful buy I don't think they will never gain a lot of value, cos the jumbo size makes them something out of the lines. They would be a lot much worth if they were standard size.

Hi, the pull rate of Neo destiny shinings was 1 on 12-18 packs. It's also written in the last Majeske's unofficial pokemon cards' guide. I don't thinks that shining legends are so hard to find.. Hope it helps
