    “Journey Together” Prerelease Promos Revealed!

Hop in a prerelease setting would sweep unquestioned

Ethan’s Pinsir & Ethan’s Sudowoodo from Heat Wave Arena!

Pinsir could be a solid Zard killer if it ever comes back in full force. Sudowoodo has a funny secondary attack, but basics with 1 energy retreat locks can have their uses. Look at LOR Mawile

“Heat Wave Arena” Set Revealed Featuring Misty, Ethan, Cynthia, and Arven’s Pokemon!

Every single partner's ex in Battle Partners had an art rare, and Ho-Oh's front and center on the pack art, so I'd say your odds are pretty good

Hop’s Silicobra and Sandaconda Revealed from “Battle Partners!”

Looks overall fine for the archetype they're a part of. Silicobra can find Postwick for others in the Hop set, while Sandaconda has a 1 energy (with choice band) retreat lock in a post Blocklax meta that can hit up to 120 damage with the full combo meal. There's definitely better choices for...

    Metagross from Battle Partners!

At least Steven's Metagross ex is already confirmed?

    Regigigas Revealed from “Terastal Festival!”

330 is a wild number to hit against some of the most popular pokemon in the format, like Zard and Pult. Any deck with good universal acceleration will benefit, though the post rotation pickings are slim (maybe Baxcalibur).

    Ancient Box Makes a Comeback?!

Secret box has allowed some extreme late game reversals in some games I've played, and finding necessary components earlier is extra helpful. I can't see Secret Box fading at least until Pokestop rotates, but even then Lively Stadium can assist in making the swarm of Roaring Moon even tougher to...

Full Card List for 2024 Trainer’s Toolkit!

It's funny that one earthen vessel has more value than the squawkabillies combined, and as a pair probably account for roughly ~20% of the product's cost (price source cardmarket)

Full Card List for 2024 Trainer’s Toolkit!

Earthern Vessel is a great inclusion, could always use more of them in circulation. The only oddity I can see is the few 1-ofs, namely the Booster Capsules and Explorer's guidance (also super rod but that's usually a one-of anyway). The decks that use those archetypes want a good amount of them...

Chien-Pao, Gastrodon, Cofagrigus, Maushold from “Supercharged Breaker!”

Klefki has the same effects against basics. Needing to be active isn't even a big deal since it acts as a good buffer in the early turns when setup is paramount, requiring an early boss to break since Bundle is shut off by it, denying either basic abilities or a turn 1/2 setup supporter is...

Chien-Pao, Gastrodon, Cofagrigus, Maushold from “Supercharged Breaker!”

It also affects Archeops, since Fossils are technically basics. Considering Lugia won Joinville, that's also a pretty big deal. I can see Gastrodon being seriously popular as a tech.

Meowstic, Relaxing Teaser from Supercharged Breaker!

Why is Boss's rotation even being discussed? Ghetsis got a print in the G block, and Prime Catcher is in H. The effect isn't going anywhere for at least a couple years.

New Pokemon Center “Special Delivery” Mystery Box and TCG Accessories Released!

The target demo for this doesn't seem to be hardcore Pokémon fans, but rather the friends/family of said fans with limited franchise knowledge to get as a gift. It's pretty fine in that context, but anyone who's shopping for themselves should probably just get what they want to get.

“Charizard ex League Battle Deck” in November!

I was gonna say the lack of Radiant Zard is strange, but then I remembered rotation exists. All in all though, pretty solid (hell, the deck costs about as much as prime catcher goes for as of writing)

    Disruptive Letter from “Paradise Dragona!”

Looks handy to make your opponent scramble, but it's not as lethal as Unfair Stamp or the many disruptive supporters. A new hand could even save your opponent, and then there's the case if they're running a draw heavy deck like Gholdengo or Gardevoir.

    “Surging Sparks” Prerelease Promos Revealed!

Magneton looks like the "tatsugiri searching for caretaker" promo, great in standard play but really questionable with a prerelease format's restrictions.

“Surging Sparks” Set Officially Revealed for November, Full Product Lineup!

Are these the first ETB sleeves not featuring a pokemon on them? Interesting if so

    “Surging Sparks” Products Previewed!

It's a shame the promos just have the SVP tag. Still waiting on whether or not the set abbreviation is SUS or not

Quaquaval Line from “Paradise Dragona” Revealed!

The main advantage this has over Revavroom is that Rev requires you to have an energy in hand to discard, meaning it's severely unlikely to save you from an Iono to one. There's definitely better options though, like Fezandipiti ex or Pidgeot ex

Owner Pokemon Returning to the TCG and Team Rocket Set Teased at Worlds!

Marnie's Grimmsnarl is pretty wild, even on it's own merits. Depending what the other marnie pokemon have in their kit, it could be a top contender, like a second Charizard ex.
