Public knowledge CANNOT be hidden in any way, shape, or form. Once something becomes public knowledge it is stuck as public knowledge, so Nintendo has no case with this one. It's like putting out a news broadcast and then retracting everything said in that news broadcast.

The "Proprietary information" has already been publicly released when you think about it. Since the game and it's contents are almost complete, public knowledge there's no point in Nintendo even pulling something like this. It's a little suspicious if you ask me. I don't know about everyone...

It says on the card that it has to be on the active pokemon. Level max and promo Porygon-Z are the only two ways I know of to get around that. That's only if they are in the deck though.

My Hippowdon Lv.X deck can beat quite a few deck types. It's not perfect, but it's my best deck to date. And I can run some beastly decks. I've got another deck that topples it and loses to everything else. No deck is perfect.
