My friend got a HGSS booster box and got 5 Primes, 2 legend pieces, alph lithograph and both holo and reverse red gyarados. You normally get 5-6 primes, 2-3 Legend pieces, a 1 in 3 chance of pulling alph lithograph. I don`t know what the chance of getting red gyarados is though.
