In my opinion, Stage 2's should be in the same HP and Power category as EX pokemon. I think it's a farce how poor stage 2's are in general with the odd exceptions.

Don't see it making a big appearance at this stage. All the big decks do their energy acceleration without a need for smeargle. There will be a place for it in some decks but not any of the meta decks methinks

I reckon you don't need any other Pokemon in the deck other than a line of Shiftry. Go for that turn one win, get more supporters and items instead of other pokemon which are counter-intuitive to your main strategy.

I would use dimension valley as the decks stadium as it allows mew to use attacks with one less colourless energy, making it easy to power up. Maybe consider a mewtwo ex as your own attacker if the attacks you are coming up against aren't very effective?

Thanks for that. Thought they were X/Y :'( Bummer! Well, I still would like to avoid having Shaymin in there (prizes and the fast they are like $30 haha) I will look for an alternative.

Here is the updated list so far. Still a wee bit unsure of the engine, I personally would rather have Bicycles than use something like Shaymin EX as the prize bait kind of defeats the purpose of using non-EX. Lastly, energy recycle is the last thing i'm worried about, being able to get energy...

Ahhh! Knew I'd miss something. If Lugia isn't affected then I would definitely cut it. I like the changes you have suggested - makes total sense dropping the ultra ball for level ball when you put it like that. Also didn't want to have Lysander as I thought that using a supporter for that...

I like that idea. Been thinking about that actually - the damage output I can get with Vespiqueen is far more efficient and more than Hawlucha anyway.. Will make that change in the deck list now. Would love to hear more discussions about this deck if people have suggestions!
