I forgot that this movie was even in production until I saw this: clicky

The concept is kinda wacky, but I'm actually looking forward to this. Maybe this will be an actual good vampire movie...not like Twilight (inb4hate from twilight fans).

I read the book, and like you said, it was pretty interesting. I feel that a movie is delving too far from the original idea, and that it might come off as a bit cheesy. If they pull it off (I use the trailers to judge, haha), though, I can't wait to see it.
