I do not see wher the evolutionary spray will halp you much in this deck.

Devolution Spray is for Roserade.

If this is unlimited, I'd Consider Mew EX, which is pretty much a staple in Accelgor, Collector/Dual Ball to search out Basics since you you need to stream Deck and Cover, and Spiritomb, which is a trainer locks (both players) when it's Active. It's a Basic so you could save a TON of space.

I know why he added Devolutionary Spray but 3. With only one roserade? That roserade is bound to get catcgered and ko'd and then the those three cards are worthless. I believe the Roserade isnt needed Either.

Also I second the MEW EX addition.
