I just saw the movie and I thought it was one of the best Pokemon movies so far. I didn't really like Arceus's voice, but oh well. I was wondering what everyone else thought about the movie. Please reply with your opinion!

I agree with that, except in my opinion, Arceus and Jirachi should be switched. I didn't really like Jirachi Wishmaker that much...
 
Jirachi is only my 3rd fav for 2 reasons, 1. It was the movie that got me into pokemon
2. My username should give you a hint
 
I didn't really like it that much. I mean it was one of the better ones definately but it still wasnt all that great. The ending wasn't as good and intense IMO as it is in some other movies. They never said who on earth Marcus was in the first place either. However, I thought it was pretty good overall and would probably be number 3 on my list of favorites: Right behind Lucraio and Deoxys

I also like Deoxys a lot, it was a very interesting movie.
 
I saw only a bit of the movie, and I only have to say one thing: If Arceus' voice was better, this would've been the number one Pokemon movie. I feel your pain, WPM, I feel your pain.
 
I actually really enjoyed the English version of the film. I was a bit disappointed with the English voice acting at first (when I saw the commercials), but the way they carried it out in the films was fantastic, in my opinion. I even found Arceus' voice to be great after watching it - its calm voice really matched the way it sounded in the Japanese version, and the angry voice really felt like it had a deep anger in it.

As far as the plot goes, I think they did a great job. It was a solid way to wrap up the three films.

The movie was also visually amazing, so that's another thing for it. All things considered, it's definitely my favorite Pokémon film thus far.
 
I thought it was pretty good. I loved the voice acting, the animation was beautiful, and the plot was very interesting.
It's definitely one of my favorite Pokemon movies.
 
I liked it as well. Arceus's voice didn't bother me at all. The pacing was fantastic.

I have to agree that Arceus's voice sounded much worse in the commercials. I also thought it ended the three movies nicely. A fourth would be pretty good, as they could do something with the Lake Guardians, but we all know that that isn't gonna happen (or isn't very likely, due to HGSS). I don't understand why the way they attacked Arceus was different the second time, even though barely anything had been altered. It must have been the fact that Sheena told Marcus that the silver wasn't used the first time, convincing him that it should be used.
 
Arceus's voice still bothered the crap out of me until the end where it got better. Luckily, Damos being voiced by DAN GREEN was completely awesome. Jason Griffith did a great job as Marcus as well.

Definitely one of the better movies in recent years, though. Definitely an improvement over Giratina and the Sky Warrior (just wanted to strangle that goddamn Shaymin).

Can't quite top the first two and Heroes, though. I love Heroes so much.
 
I really didn't like the movie. Of course I'm not the much of the fan of the pokemon anime.
I hate it in the beginning when arceus was like "Human prepare for Justice!". I'm not sure but I believe the JPN movie said prepare for destruction.
 
This movie was really enjoyed by myself. 2 voice actors from the original series were back(not counting narrator) and they were Damos(also same voice as Yami Yugi) and the guy who invented Dungeon Dice Monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh. Otherwise, the voicing was still pretty good. The animation was fantastic, it went together really nice. Really crisp and everything. In the japanese commercials, they made it seem like the 3 beasts are still fighting, and they try to team Arceus like the 3 birds did on Lugia, but it was nothing of the sort. Instead, the 3 beasts try to defend humanity, and I like how Arceus was like "You side with them?" revealing the connection that he created them, which I was really hoping for. Arceus's voice at first bothered me, but I got over it soon after. All in all, FANTASTIC movie.

I think it said "Prepare for judgement!" in that part. It was kinda stupid with them replacing "Judgement" with "Justice", even though the Video Games say "Judgement".
 
I just saw the movie on Youtube about an hour ago and it wa EPIC. Although Arceus's voice was not too bad but it could have been a bit deeper though. My favorite part was when Arceus was being revived by the Jewel and after that everyone reappeared. That was the coolest part of the movie.:)
 
NOT my favorite pokemon movie, but I cant say it was one of the worst (or the best). The only movies I really liked were from the late Kanto and the early Hoenn.
 
Didn't really like it that much. Arceus voice was too 'young'? Wasn't exactly 'epic' , The bit at the start with the tornado was just weird because one second you have this big stroming hurricane then Dialga comes and just saves them by just dragging them out and then everything is back to normal. Made it look like the end of the world by the expressions on their faces. I expected the Pichu to play a bigger role, what was with the jhoto starters? From my point of view it just looked like that chucked loads of big things to make it seem highly climatic. But this is just my opinion so people don't have to cause a debate over this. (I'd probably lose anyway.)
