i was wondering whether armaldo's poke body takes effect AFTER or BEFORE weakness and resistence?

this is what it states at the card

Poke-Body:Fossil Armour
If Armaldo would be damaged by an attack, prevent that attack's damage done to Armaldo if that damage is 60 or less.

so for example if i am fighting leafeon..and the leafeon uses Leaf Guard(which deals 60 damage)...will i get 90 damage(60 + 30 for Armaldo's weakness)...no damage(60 damage prevented by the Poke Body and weakness[30 damage] is also prevented)...or 30 damage(prevent 60 damage and then receive 30 damage because of weakness)?

i think the card was changed so that it applies after weakness and resistance so it would do 90 damage

here is how effects take place during a attack

. Base damage
. Effects on Attacking Pokemon
. Weakness/Resistance
. Effects on Defending Pokemon

So Armaldo's poke-body is a effect on him , so the attack would do 90 and he can't stop the damage.

To be more technically correct, Armaldo's Poke-Body triggers when the damage is actually applied. That doesn't happen until after the damage calculation is complete. So Armaldo looks at the final damage, after everything else is taken into account. If it's 60 or less, it's negated.

In other words. 60 or les means no damage. If it is more damage then you sustain the attack given.:)
