Best decks throughout Pokemon

Hey! So i was thinking about how the format is ever changing and there have been so many legendary decks throughout the game ex. haymaker, Gardevoir Gallade. But what do you consider the top decks there have been?
This is just for their time. Im sure if they faced some of our meta today they may not be as legendary as they were for their time so please only consider their time. I think it'd be fun to recreate some of these decks

Last year, (the 2011-2012 season) many considered Darkrai/Mewtwo to be the best deck, but Darkrai Variants in general triumphed. I for one think that Mew Prime/Accelgor/Chandy/Plume was the best, but that's my opinion. In the SP era, well, SP (particularly LuxChomp) was said to be the best. Idk when this was, but Lugia ex, Blastoise ex, Steelix ex was also said to be the best in its time.
