In this deck, I use Blastoise's Deluge ability to power up Yveltal EX. I put a darkness energy on Keldeo and use Darkrai's Dark Cloak to give Keldeo free retreat. Kyurem is for Safeguard pokemon. AND DON'T YOU DARE GET STARTED ABOUT MY ENEMY.....PYROAR!!!!!! >:-(

they get clogged in your hand and you can just SER (superior energy retrieval) them back into your hand

you should be able to draw into your energy fairly easily

You need more search so you can get that turn 2 Blastiose
+2 Superior Energy Retrieval
Standard for all Blastiose decks. A must.

My deck doesn't rely on discarding energy.
Escape rope incase I haven't set up or keldeo is asleep or paralyzed.
Drawing energy is not essential, and my deck works well with the letters.
Level ball was Next Destinies ( this is Plasma Storm on). Don't you think I would use heavy balls too.
And in my present deck I use master ball because I don't have dowsing machine.
And finally, I sometimes have trouble drawing my dark energy. I sometime get one in play turn 3 or 4.

I'm thinking of running a similar deck, if you don't mind me asking how quickly are you able to set up a Blastoise and Keldeo with your current trainer list? And do you have any issues with Blastoise being pulled in and KO'd by your opponents? I know you run Darkrai-EX but you said you have trouble pulling darkness energy sometimes for the retreat.

I will make some more changes. And my original decklist had 59 cards instead of 60, so i fixed that.

My deck doesn't rely on discarding energy.

What players in Blastoise/Keldeo would do was they would discard some of their energy with Ultra Ball/SER so that they could store it in their discard pile for when they really need it. I see the same potential for that here with your even more scarce Darkness Energies.

Keldeo should hardly ever be Asleep or Paralyzed because it sounds like you intend to be attacking with Yveltal, and if Keldeo is just in here for Rush In / free retreating, it should never be left active. If you're still worried about it, at least take out the Escape Ropes for another Keldeo and something else.

I sometimes have trouble drawing my dark energy. I sometime get one in play turn 3 or 4.

How do you have trouble getting Darkness Energies with 4 Professor's Letters? Sklya should fix that.
